Realtors in the past used to fax or snail mail and offer or listing agreement to their clients, which took days. Now with the latest digital signature sources, I can make a deal happen almost instantly, which comes in handy when under a timeline crunch.

Where Experience Meets Innovation

I've had a passion to sell real estate since I was a young teenager growing up in a Northwest Chicago suburb! When I met my wife, in Kalamazoo in 1987, and married the same year, she suggested we take a trip to northern Michigan that summer and go to Torch Lake with her Mom and Dad. Well, I said to myself, "Say Yes To Michigan," right? Coming from Illinois, we always took our trips to the other side of Lake Michigan and went to Minnesota or Wisconsin, so I thought, what the heck! I never thought we would sell our business in Illinois 10 years later, venture up to this beautiful spot in Northern Michigan, start Paradise Properties USA, and live a life most people dream about.

28 years later, I'm still living this dream, and I still LOVE what I do! 

My clients range from professional sports figures, CEO's, and celebrities to the average person.  It is always fun helping out the young first-time home buyers as well. My clients are all treated the same, with integrity and respect.

From Passion to Paradise

I also showcase homes and vacant properties when and where necessary, with full video, aerial drone videography, and aerial still shots to help a potential buyer get a "Feel" for the property before they even schedule a site visit to the property.

I specialize in Waterfront, Resort, Equine, vacant & residential properties in and around Northwest Michigan. I enjoy a challenge and will work until I can find whatever you are looking for. I've been an annual multi-million dollar producer for over 28 years, and in the top 5% of agents in our area. When I take a new client, they are not just a client, as many of my clients become friends. I LOVE the challenge that every client brings to me. I then dig in, research the request, find results and start the process of elimination until I/we find that perfect piece of "Paradise'! I also pride myself in that if I don't think a property is right for my client, I educate them as to why and will even talk them out of buying it to avoid a potential problem in years to come.
